The villa, on the banks of the Epte
Reconnect with nature and yourself. Domaine des Rives de Giverny is a 3,000 sq ft (280 m²) villa for up to twelve guests, rented as a whole, on the banks of the Epte, the river that feeds Claude Monet’s water lily pond.
The house
- 3,000 sq ft (280 m²) for twelve to be together.
- A 970 sq ft (90 m²) living space, with an open-plan kitchen and lounge. A projector and a hidden, retractable 10 ft (3.05 m) screen for movie nights.
- A 970 sq ft (90 m²) terrace facing the river.

- Three primary suites.
- A bunk room suite with three bunk beds, for kids or friends.

Indoor pool and hot tub
A 3 x 6 m (about 10 x 20 ft) pool with its own shower, set against a real stone wall: sheltered, whatever the weather. Outside, a hot tub under a walnut tree, facing the Epte, with the sound of the waterfall. See Pool & wellbeing.
Nearly 2.5 acres by the water
The grounds run along the Epte for nearly 2.5 acres, between the woods, the walnut tree and the river. Yoga sessions in the woods will be offered during your stay.

Who it is for
