Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

The website does not have a form yet. If you email us at contact@ or reservation@rivesdegiverny.com, we use your email address, your name and your message:

• to answer you and prepare your stay, at your request;
• to let you know when the estate opens, if you asked us to.

We keep your messages for no more than three years after our last exchange, then delete them.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics tool.

Like any website, our hosting provider records technical connection data (IP address, date, page requested) for security and to keep the service running, for a limited period.

Who receives your data

We never sell or share your data. Only our company processes it, with its technical providers:

• Clever Cloud, website hosting, in France;
• IONOS SE, a German company (European Union), email provider for rivesdegiverny.com.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. Write to contact@rivesdegiverny.com; we reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
