Building the estate, step by step
The estate opens in spring 2027. Until then, this article follows the work step by step, and grows month after month.
October 2026: the indoor pool
The 3 x 6 m (about 10 x 20 ft) pool has been poured, against the stone wall. The glass doors already open onto the garden: once heated, the pool will be enjoyed in every season.
October 2026: the hot tub terrace
The 20 m² (about 215 sq ft) slab is in place, in the shade of the large walnut tree, facing the Epte. The hot tub will sit here.
What comes next
